GRUPO TÉCIMAN, lleva más de 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos de Servicios de Ingeniería, Metrología 3D y Digitalización. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Para los nuevos proyectos precisamos un INGENIERO JUNIOR METROLOGÍA en Vizcaya.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar en la realización de servicios de medición con sistemas de medición 3D, MMC´s manuales o CNC, visión, escáner, fotogrametría, brazo articulado, láser tracker, recibiendo formación específica en el manejo de estos equipos.
  • Aprender a realizar y ejecutar programas de medición en 2D y 3D, para mediciones en serie con diversos softwares METROLOG X-4, POLYWORKS, PCDmis, Calypso, MCosmos, TouchDmis.
  • Participar en la medición de piezas estampadas, conjuntos de soldadura, piezas mecanizadas o plásticas; así como adquirir conocimientos en el manejo de equipos de medición (Pie de Rey, Micrómetro, Proyecto de perfiles, etc).
  • Colaborar en la medición, ajuste y puesta a punto en geometría de utillajes de soldadura y ensamble y maquetas de control.
  • Analizar, con el apoyo del equipo técnico, los datos obtenidos en las mediciones, así como participar en la elaboración de informes y exportación a los sistemas estadísticos de los clientes.
  • Colaborar en el análisis de las desviaciones, en las propuestas de soluciones y homologación de útiles.
  • Desarrollar conocimientos y competencias en metrología industrial y diseño mediante formación práctica y acompañamiento de profesionales con experiencia.
  • Adquirir conocimientos en Informática para configuración de sistemas, softwares y ordenadores aplicados a los procesos de medición industrial.

Requerimientos:

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Organización, Diseño o Mantenimiento Industrial. También se valorarán estudiantes de estas titulaciones que tengan pendiente la realización de prácticas curriculares.
  • No es necesaria experiencia previa. Buscamos recién titulados o estudiantes que quieran desarrollar su carrera profesional en el ámbito de la metrología industrial.
  • Se valorará positivamente tener conocimientos básicos o interés por aprender softwares de medición, METROLOG X-4, POLYWORKS PCDMIS, Calypso, Mcosmos, TouchDMIS.
  • Se valora proyectista, diseño de utillajes, interpretación de planos, visión espacial 3D.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos académicos o interés por formarse en medición con MMC, Brazo Articulado, Láser-Tracker, Escáner 3D.
  • Motivación por aprender, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, interés por el entorno industrial y orientación al desarrollo profesional.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar un periodo inicial de formación en las instalaciones de Grupo Téciman en Burgos y posterior incorporación a un importante proyecto industrial en Bilbao.

Lugar de trabajo:

  • Vizcaya.
