GRUPO TÉCIMAN, lleva más de 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos y Servicios de Ingeniería y Metrología 3D. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Para nuevos proyectos en el Sector Industrial, precisamos un Técnico de Mantenimiento en dependencia del responsable de Mantenimiento, en Burgos.

Misión

  • Se busca una persona responsable, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y entusiasta del mantenimiento industrial, dispuesto a seguir ampliando sus competencias en una importante empresa industrial.

Responsabilidades

  • Labores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones, búsqueda y resolución de averías, tanto mecánicas como eléctricas
  • Diagnosticar y resolver averías mecánicas en equipos de producción.
  • Intervenir en sistemas electromecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
  • Aseguramiento y ajuste de maquinaria, incluso en SAT en instalaciones de cliente
  • Colaborar en la puesta en marcha, ajustes y revisiones de maquinaria.
  • Participar en análisis de averías y proponer mejoras
  • Identificar riesgos potenciales de fallo en maquinaria y equipos, y plantear y ejecutar las intervenciones oportunas sobre los mismos.
  • Llevar a cabo las tareas planificadas en el Plan de Mantenimiento dando solución a la causa raíz de posibles averías.
  • Análisis causa raíz de los problemas. Mejora continua.
  • Interpretación de planos para poder realizar las tareas (conjuntos mecánicos, eléctricos, autómatas, plc...)
  • Otras funciones que pudieran surgir dentro del Departamento

Requerimientos

  • Grado Superior: Ciclo Formativo de (CFGS) preferiblemente rama electromecánica
  • Experiencia de al menos 2-3 años en departamento de mantenimiento, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de bienes de equipo
  • Se valorarán otros conocimientos:Neumática Hidráulica Programación de PLC (Siemens, Schneider) Procesos de soldadura
  • Se valorarán conocimiento de la industria alimentaria o farmacéutica.

Competencias y Habilidades

  • Valorable:Curso en el manejo de puente grúa Curso en el manejo de plataforma elevadora Certificación C12 del metal
  • Persona autónoma, flexible, proactiva y con capacidad de decisión.
  • Con cualidades para el trabajo en equipo.
  • Buscamos una persona con motivación

  • Inglés B1

Lugar de trabajo

  • Burgos, presencial
  • Rotación en turnos de mañana y tarde
