Para nuevos proyectos de Ingeniería Industrial, en diferentes sectores, precisamos INGENIERO DE PROCESOS QUÍMICOS en Burgos

Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar en la consecución de los objetivos fijados en lo relativo al desarrollo y mejora de las utilidades de la planta.
  • Concebir el estudio y elaboración de proyectos y propuestas que mejoren el rendimiento de los procesos relacionados con energía y utilidades de la planta
  • Caracterizar las redes de utilidades de la planta y diseñar equipos necesarios a su mejora
  • Elaborar y Garantizar la fidelidad de los balances de materia y energía de la planta
  • Realizar el estudio de datos de proceso y utilidades para identificar oportunidades de mejora dentro de un contexto de aumento de capacidad
  • Colaborar con Ingeniería en sus funciones correspondientes en inversiones, modificaciones de la instalación existente y nuevos proyectos industriales (colaboración en diseño de PID, documentos técnicos, balances de materia y energía, descripciones funcionales de proceso).
  • Elaborar y seguir fichas de ensayo para la mejora del proceso, reducción de los consumos energéticos y optimización de estos mismos recursos.
  • Definir condiciones de diseño de proceso y de equipos en nuevas inversiones o proyectos.
  • Liderar reuniones de YR y participar activamente junto con los ingenieros de seguridad de procesos en las reuniones HAZOP.
  • Colaborar de forma trasversal con los departamentos de Fabricación y funciones soporte corporativas.
  • Garantizar la realización de su trabajo bajo las consignas de HSE.

Requerimientos

  • Ingeniería Química o Ingeniería Técnica Industrial: Electrónica, Automatización de Procesos, Informática Industrial
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de procesos
  • Conocimiento de Interpretación y Realización de Planos
  • Conocimientos esquemas de procesos químicos interpretación/representación elementos), diagramas P&ID, diagramas de flujo de proceso (PFD)
  • Conocimientos generales de mecánica, pipping, electricidad, instrumentación, equipos
  • Nociones básicas de electricidad e Instrumentación
  • Identificación de equipos típicos en procesos industriales químicos
  • Conocimiento de las Instrucciones Operativas de Ingeniería
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de técnicas de laboratorio y planes de calibración de equipos.

Herramientas

  • Conocimientos de Autocad y Office, SAP

Competencias

  • Trabajo en equipo, resolución de problemas, planificación y mejora continua, comunicación
  • Rigurosidad y metodología en el trabajo diario
  • Capacidad de realización del trabajo de forma autónoma
  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo estrés.

Idiomas

  • Nivel inglés B2, con competencias suficientes para asistir a reuniones y elaborar documentación.
  • Se valorará francés B1 o superior

  • Burgos. Presencial
