GRUPO TÉCIMAN, lleva más de 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos de Servicios de Ingeniería, Metrología 3D y Digitalización. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman se ve reflejada en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Para un nuevo proyecto en el sector siderúrgico, precisamos incorporar un Jefe de Mantenimiento Electromecánico en Vitoria-Gasteiz, para organizar, gestionar y desarrollar las actividades de mantenimiento de maquinaria e instalaciones industriales, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento, la seguridad y la mejora continua. Sus funciones principales serán:

Responsabilidades

  • Organizar, gestionar y desarrollar el mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo de maquinaria, equipos e instalaciones industriales, tanto a nivel mecánico como eléctrico.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar las intervenciones de mantenimiento y reparación de máquinas, participando activamente en la resolución de averías.
  • Identificar y diagnosticar fallos mecánicos y eléctricos, analizar sus causas raíz y proponer soluciones para evitar su recurrencia.
  • Supervisar el estado de los equipos e instalaciones, anticipándose a posibles incidencias y minimizando los tiempos de parada de producción.
  • Planificar y realizar el seguimiento de las tareas de mantenimiento, optimizando los recursos disponibles y garantizando la fiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Coordinar, motivar y dar soporte técnico al equipo de mantenimiento, fomentando la colaboración, la autonomía y la orientación a resultados.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de seguridad de máquinas, equipos e instalaciones industriales.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua, optimización de procesos y modernización de equipos e instalaciones.
  • Colaborar con el área de Producción para asegurar la continuidad operativa y mejorar la eficiencia de las líneas de fabricación.
  • Gestionar y supervisar las actuaciones de mantenimiento de las distintas instalaciones del grupo.

Requerimientos

  • Formación técnica: Ingeniería Industrial o titulaciones equivalentes, preferiblemente en las especialidades de Mecánica, Electricidad o Electromecánica.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones de mantenimiento electromecánico en empresas industriales, preferiblemente en entornos productivos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de mantenimiento mecánico y eléctrico de maquinaria e instalaciones industriales.
  • Experiencia práctica en diagnóstico y resolución de averías, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo y reparación de equipos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos de mantenimiento y organizar las intervenciones en función de las necesidades de producción.
  • Perfil eminentemente práctico, dinámico y resolutivo, con predisposición para intervenir directamente sobre las máquinas y los equipos.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes ocasionales a otras instalaciones industriales del grupo en el extranjero.

Se valora

  • Experiencia en entornos industriales con líneas de producción automatizadas o semiautomatizadas.
  • Conocimientos de neumática, hidráulica, automatismos y sistemas de control industrial.
  • Capacidad de interpretación de planos mecánicos y eléctricos y esquemas técnicos.
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria industrial, así como en la fabricación, adaptación o mejora de componentes y repuestos.
  • Capacidad de análisis, iniciativa y atención al detalle, con orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Persona activa, práctica y polivalente, a la que le guste el trabajo de campo y la intervención directa en planta.
  • Capacidad de organización, liderazgo y coordinación de equipos, combinando la gestión del mantenimiento con una participación técnica directa.
