Para nuevos proyectos en el Sector Químico, precisamos un Ingeniero de Seguridad Industrial y Medioambiente, en Burgos

Misión

Se busca una persona responsable, con capacidad para garantizar la seguridad de los procesos industriales y asegurar el cumplimiento de toda la normativa medioambiental aplicable en la planta.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la gestión de Seguridad de Procesos, incluyendo estudios HAZOP, análisis de riesgos, auditorías, revisiones de seguridades instrumentales (SIL) y control de dispositivos críticos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa medioambiental, gestionando permisos, reportes de emisiones, residuos, vertidos y relaciones con las autoridades competentes.
  • Coordinar y participar en auditorías internas y externas (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) y apoyar iniciativas de Excelencia Operacional.
  • Investigar incidentes relacionados con seguridad de procesos y medio ambiente, elaborar informes y realizar seguimiento de planes de acción.
  • Colaborar en nuevos proyectos identificando riesgos, participando en revisiones técnicas y garantizando el alineamiento con los requisitos corporativos.
  • Preparar reportes corporativos (KPIs), gestionar documentación técnica, apoyar en planes de acogida y coordinar simulacros y planes de emergencia.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con los equipos técnicos, de mantenimiento, procesos y sostenibilidad para fomentar la mejora continua.

Requerimientos

  • Formación: Ingeniería Química
  • Experiencia mínima: 4 años en funciones similares en entorno industrial
  • Formación deseable adicional:Seguridad de Procesos (PSM) HAZOP u otras metodologías de análisis de riesgos Reglamentación industrial y medioambiental Conocimientos de normativa ATEX, SEVESO, residuos, efluentes, emisiones, GEI

Competencias

  • Gestión de Seguridad de Procesos (PSM).
  • Metodologías de análisis de riesgos: HAZOP, ATEX, SEVESO.
  • Auditorías internas y externas: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
  • Conocimientos en reglamentación industrial: APQ, RAP, REBT, RAT, RAE, RIF, RITE.
  • Interpretación de P&ID y conocimiento de operaciones de procesos químicos.
  • Verificación y revisión de seguridades instrumentales (SIL).
  • Gestión medioambiental: emisiones, residuos, vertidos, PRTR, CO, GEI.
  • Herramientas y plataformas: SAP, Office, SharePoint, Ecoiuris, sistemas de control Delta V e IO Analytics.
  • Gestión de documentación técnica y preparación de reportes corporativos (KPIs).
  • Conocimientos de métodos analíticos y técnicas de laboratorio asociados a procesos químicos.

  • Habilidades de comunicación para formar, informar y transmitir criterios de seguridad.

  • Trabajo colaborativo y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneas.
  • Proactividad en la identificación de riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Gestión eficaz del tiempo y priorización.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo normativa estricta y en entornos industriales exigentes.
