GRUPO TÉCIMAN, lleva más de 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos de Servicios de Ingeniería, Metrología 3D y Digitalización. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Para un nuevo proyecto en el sector industrial, precisamos incorporar un Especialista en Diseño de PCB (Altium Designer) para trabajar en las oficinas de nuestro cliente en Bizkaia.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseño, maquetación y validación de placas PCB para proyectos de desarrollo electrónico.
  • Diseño y ruteo de circuitos impresos de 4 a 6 capas, definiendo un stackup óptimo según los requerimientos del proyecto.
  • Ruteo y fanout de encapsulados complejos tipo BGA y componentes de alta densidad.
  • Definición e implementación de trazados con impedancia controlada y pares diferenciales para diseños High-Speed.
  • Aplicación de criterios y reglas de diseño orientados a la fabricación y ensamblaje (DFM / DFA).
  • Interpretación de esquemáticos complejos y hojas de datos de componentes.
  • Generación y revisión de la documentación necesaria para fabricación y ensamblaje, incluyendo Gerber, BOM y archivos Pick & Place.
  • Colaboración directa con el equipo de desarrollo electrónico del cliente y participación en la validación de prototipos.

Requerimientos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Industrial, Electrónica o titulación similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable en diseño de PCBs multicapa de 4 a 6 capas.
  • Manejo avanzado de Altium Designer.
  • Experiencia práctica en el ruteo de encapsulados BGA y componentes de alta densidad.
  • Conocimientos de pares diferenciales, integridad de señal y criterios de reducción de interferencias EMI/EMC.
  • Capacidad para interpretar esquemáticos complejos y hojas de datos.
  • Se valorará especialmente disponer de un portfolio de proyectos o prototipos previamente llevados a producción.
  • Se valorará experiencia en proyectos de electrónica industrial.
  • Inglés técnico, nivel intermedio-avanzado, para lectura de documentación técnica y comunicación con fabricantes.
