GRUPO TECIMAN lleva más de 30 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos de Servicios de Ingeniería y Metrología 3D. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes. Para los nuevos proyectos en el sector construcción, precisamos un INGENIERO OFICINA TÉCNICA EDIFICACION en Madrid. En dependencia del Director de Proyectos sus funciones principales serán:

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo de soluciones técnicas y propuestas de mejora para optimizar la ejecución de proyectos de edificación.
  • Elaboración, revisión y actualización de planos de ejecución, detalles constructivos y soluciones de obra.
  • Análisis técnico del proyecto, resolución de incidencias y elaboración de justificaciones técnicas cuando sean necesarias.
  • Asistencia técnica a los equipos de obra, dando soporte a producción, replanteos y resolución de consultas durante la ejecución.
  • Coordinación técnica entre arquitectura, estructuras, instalaciones, dirección facultativa y resto de agentes implicados en el proyecto.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de la documentación técnica necesaria para la aprobación de soluciones constructivas, materiales y modificaciones por parte de la propiedad y la dirección facultativa.
  • Control documental y gestión de planos, asegurando que la documentación de obra se encuentra actualizada y correctamente distribuida.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento de consultoras e ingenierías externas, garantizando la correcta integración de las distintas disciplinas del proyecto.

Requerimientos:

  • Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Ingeniería de la Edificación o similar.
  • Experiencia en funciones de Oficina Técnica o ejecución de proyectos de edificación.
  • Conocimientos de cálculo y diseño de cimentaciones, estructuras de hormigón y estructuras metálicas.
  • Manejo de AutoCAD para la elaboración, revisión e interpretación de planos constructivos y de detalle.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos BIM, utilizando herramientas como Revit y Dalux.
  • Capacidad para realizar, revisar y validar soluciones técnicas y cálculos estructurales básicos.
  • Dominio de la lectura e interpretación de planos, documentación técnica y normativa aplicable a proyectos de edificación.
