GRUPO TÉCIMAN, lleva más de 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos de Servicios de Ingeniería, Metrología 3D y Digitalización. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Para los nuevos proyectos en el sector industrial, precisamos incorporar un INGENIERO REDACCION DE PROYECTOS.

Responsabilidades:

  • Redacción de proyectos técnicos de obra e instalaciones, incluyendo memorias, anejos, planos, mediciones y pliegos.
  • Realizar el cálculo y dimensionamiento de instalaciones industriales y de edificación.
  • Elaborar presupuestos y mediciones asociados a los proyectos.
  • Solicitar, analizar y comparar ofertas de proveedores y contratistas.
  • Preparar y gestionar concursos de proveedores hasta la adjudicación de los trabajos.
  • Supervisar, coordinar y realizar el seguimiento de la ejecución de obras e instalaciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos, económicos y de planificación establecidos.
  • Controlar la calidad de ejecución y verificar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas del proyecto.
  • Coordinar y mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes, contratas, dirección facultativa y organismos de la administración implicados en el proyecto.
  • Gestionar licencias y realizar la tramitación administrativa necesaria para el desarrollo de los proyectos.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y elaborar la documentación e informes técnicos correspondientes hasta la puesta en servicio de las instalaciones.

Requerimientos:

  • Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Técnica Industrial o formación equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en redacción de proyectos técnicos y dirección o seguimiento de obra.
  • Conocimientos en diseño y ejecución de instalaciones de:Baja Tensión (BT). Climatización (HVAC). Ventilación. Protección Contra Incendios (PCI).
  • Manejo de AutoCAD o software CAD equivalente.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de MS Office.
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas a obra y desplazamientos puntuales.
  • Capacidad de organización, coordinación, comunicación y resolución de incidencias.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en instalaciones de frío industrial.
  • Conocimientos en instalaciones de gas.
  • Experiencia en sistemas hidráulicos y fluidos.
  • Conocimientos en depuración y tratamiento de aguas.
  • Manejo de BIM (Revit).
  • Experiencia con Presto o software de mediciones y presupuestos.
  • Participación previa en proyectos multidisciplinares y coordinación de distintos agentes involucrados.
