La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman se ve reflejada en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes en múltiples sectores industriales.

Para los nuevos proyectos en el sector de fundición y transformación de metales, precisamos un Responsable de Seguridad Industrial y Medio Ambiente, en el sector industrial del metal en Burgos.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la gestión medioambiental de la planta de fundición, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental aplicable a los procesos metalúrgicos y de transformación de metales.
  • Supervisar y controlar las emisiones a la atmósfera derivadas de los hornos de fusión, procesos de moldeo y acabado superficial, asegurando el cumplimiento de los límites de emisión establecidos.
  • Gestionar los vertidos industriales generados en los procesos de fundición, mecanizado y tratamiento de superficies, incluyendo el seguimiento de aguas residuales y sistemas de depuración.
  • Supervisar la correcta gestión de residuos industriales propios del sector metal: escorias, arenas de moldeo, lodos metálicos, aceites de corte y residuos peligrosos.
  • Elaborar y mantener actualizados los informes de seguimiento ambiental: consumos energéticos, emisiones, vertidos, fugas y pérdidas de proceso.
  • Planificar y ejecutar inspecciones y auditorías internas conforme a ISO 14001, ISO 45001 y, en su caso, ISO 50001, actuando como interlocutor ante organismos ambientales y auditorías externas.
  • Gestionar las autorizaciones ambientales de la instalación (AAI/AAU) y coordinar las comunicaciones con la Administración competente.
  • Diseñar e impartir formaciones internas en materia ambiental, promoviendo buenas prácticas en las áreas de producción, mantenimiento y logística.
  • Definir, controlar y reportar los KPIs ambientales de planta a la dirección, proponiendo planes de mejora continua.
  • Colaborar con los departamentos de producción, mantenimiento y calidad en la implementación de medidas de reducción del impacto ambiental en los procesos productivos.

Requerimientos

  • Titulación universitaria en Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o disciplina afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cumplimiento o gestión ambiental en un entorno industrial, con preferencia en sectores metal de fundición, siderurgia, transformación de metales o industria pesada.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de Autorizaciones Ambientales Integradas (AAI) o equivalente.
  • Experiencia demostrable en auditorías de sistemas de gestión ambiental ISO 14001.

Herramientas

  • Conocimiento de Normativa y regulaciones ambientales, particularmente en el sector industrial

Competencias

  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
  • Trabajo en equipo, planificación y mejora continua, comunicación.
  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo estrés.

Idiomas

  • Nivel inglés B2, valorable

Lugar de trabajo

  • Burgos. Presencial.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Normativa ambiental aplicable a instalaciones industriales: emisiones atmosféricas, vertidos, gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
  • Procesos de fundición, moldeo, mecanizado o tratamientos superficiales de metales (valorable).
  • Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental y de Seguridad: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa IPPC y legislación sectorial aplicable al metal.
