Du möchtest Unternehmen dabei unterstützen, ihre Prozesse digitaler, effizienter und anwenderfreundlicher zu gestalten? Als (Junior) Consultant Add-ons (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Kund:innen bei der Einführung und optimalen Nutzung von Add-ons für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dabei arbeitest du mit Lösungen rund um Dokumentenmanagement, automatisierten Dokumentenversand, Portale, Vertragsmanagement und digitale Prozesskommunikation. Ob du bereits Erfahrung mit Business Central, ERP-Beratung oder vergleichbaren Lösungen mitbringst oder als Quereinsteiger:in in die Beratung einsteigen möchtest: Du wirst Teil eines erfahrenen Teams, das dich fachlich begleitet und dir – passend zu deiner Erfahrung – schrittweise Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten überträgt.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Beratung unserer Kund:innen bei der Einführung und optimalen Nutzung von Add-ons in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungskonzepte
  • Mitarbeit in Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme, Prozessgestaltung und Lösungsfindung
  • Konfiguration und Einrichtung unserer Add-ons in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, Consulting und Entwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei Tests, Anwenderschulungen und Go-Lives – je nach Erfahrung auch deren eigenständige Durchführung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Fachkonzepten, Dokumentationen, Testfällen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Aufnahme von Optimierungs- und Erweiterungswünschen sowie Abstimmung mit unserem Entwicklungsteam
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus Consulting, Entwicklung, Support und Projektmanagement
  • Mit zunehmender Erfahrung: Übernahme eigener Teilprojekte und Verantwortung für Kundenlösungen

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen

Must-haves

  • Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsprozessen, Softwarelösungen und Beratung
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Business-Software, Prozessdigitalisierung oder vergleichbaren Themen – oder die Motivation, als Quereinsteiger:in in dieses Umfeld zu wechseln
  • Freude daran, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und gemeinsam passende Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • IT-Affinität sowie die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Anwendungen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder einem anderen ERP-System
  • Erfahrung im ERP-Consulting, als Key User oder als Anwender:in von Business-Software
  • Berührungspunkte mit Dokumentenmanagement, digitalem Dokumentenversand, Portalen, Vertragsmanagement oder Workflow-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Workshops, Prozessaufnahmen, Tests, Schulungen oder ERP-/Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Kenntnisse der Add-on-Lösungen von Simova oder vergleichbarer Softwarelösungen
