Als Senior Consultant (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Finance unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, ihre finanzbezogenen Prozesse effizienter, transparenter und zukunftssicher zu gestalten. Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachabteilungen auf Kundenseite zusammen und bringst dein Wissen rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central gezielt ein.

Deine Tätigkeit umfasst folgende Aspekte:

  • Analyse der finanz- und buchhaltungsnahen Prozesse unserer Kunden und gemeinsame Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungen
  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops sowie (Online-)Schulungen zu Finance-Themen
  • Unterstützung bei der Systemkonfiguration sowie bei Tests im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten
  • Du übernimmst als Senior eine fachlich führende Rolle im Team und sorgst für strukturierten Wissenstransfer sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Finance- und BC-Expertise
  • Du betreust unsere Kunden überwiegend remote; gelegentliche Kundentermine vor Ort (in der Regel wenige Tage pro Monat) runden deine Tätigkeit ab

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder Controlling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (oder Vorgängerversionen) – z.B. als Berater*in oder erfahrene*r Anwender*in / Key User
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für finanzrelevante Geschäftsprozesse und Spaß daran, diese technisch zu gestalten und zu optimieren
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke – im direkten Kundendialog wie im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du lebst in gut erreichbarer Nähe zu unserem Unternehmenssitz in Dortmund, sodass du regelmäßig auch vor Ort sein kannst
