Du steuerst mehrere Kundenprojekte parallel und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten zielgerichtet zusammenarbeiten und Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Wichtig für dich zu wissen: Bei uns sind Consulting und Projektmanagement klar getrennt. Als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die organisatorische Verantwortung für mehrere, parallel laufende Kundenprojekte – von Planung und Koordination bis hin zu Budget-, Ressourcen- und Terminsteuerung. Die fachliche Beratung und Prozesskonzeption erfolgen durch unsere Consulting-Teams.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Organisatorische Leitung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Verantwortung für Projektplanung, Zeitpläne, Budgets und Ressourcen
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Koordination aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Sicherstellung von Projektqualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Termintreue
  • Durchführung von Statusmeetings, Lenkungskreisen und Projektreportings
  • Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Consulting, Development und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards und Prozesse

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung komplexer IT‑, Software- oder Digitalisierungsprojekte
  • Erfahrung in ERP-, Business-Software- oder vergelichbaren Impelementierungsprojekten ist von Vorteil
  • Souveräner Umgang mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, auch auf Entscheider-Ebene
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du lebst im Großraum Dortmund oder in gut erreichbarer Nähe und kannst unseren Standort ohne längere Anreisezeiten erreichen.
