Als Director Finance Business Partnering ben je een strategische vertrouwenspartner voor het senior leadership van Telenet. Je combineert financiële expertise, businessinzicht en een sterk beoordelingsvermogen om bestaande aannames kritisch in vraag te stellen, belangrijke beslissingen te beïnvloeden en duurzame bedrijfsresultaten te realiseren.

Je rapporteert aan de VP FP&A and Business Partnering en werkt in een dynamische en voortdurend evoluerende omgeving, waar complexiteit vraagt om helderheid, wendbaarheid en daadkrachtig leiderschap.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Director

  • Geef mee richting aan belangrijke businessbeslissingen: Treed op als vertrouwd adviseur en constructieve challenger voor senior executives. Breng onafhankelijk denkvermogen, intellectuele nieuwsgierigheid en het zelfvertrouwen om bestaande aannames kritisch in vraag te stellen en de strategische koers mee te beïnvloeden.
  • Stuur financiële prestaties: Neem ownership over financiële inzichten, performance management en het kritisch challengen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsdomein. Vertaal operationele en financiële drivers naar concrete, bruikbare aanbevelingen en werk nauw samen met business leaders, die verantwoordelijk blijven voor de operationele resultaten.
  • Challenge investeringen en de inzet van middelen: Werk samen met het Technology- en Corporate leadership om investeringsprioriteiten te evalueren, de allocatie van middelen kritisch te bekijken en de financiële discipline te versterken. Bewaak daarbij het evenwicht tussen resultaten op korte termijn en duurzame waardecreatie op lange termijn.
  • Breng helderheid in complexiteit: Verbind financiële prestaties, operationele realiteit en strategische prioriteiten. Vertaal complexe informatie naar heldere en overtuigende inzichten en aanbevelingen die executive besluitvorming ondersteunen en beïnvloeden.
  • Transformeer Finance Business Partnering: Geef richting aan de verdere modernisering van de functie door bestaande werkwijzen kritisch in vraag te stellen, activiteiten met beperkte toegevoegde waarde te elimineren, automatisering optimaal te benutten en meer toekomstgerichte capabilities uit te bouwen. Creëer zo meer ruimte voor strategische inzichten, constructieve business challenge en hoogwaardig advies ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
  • Geef leiding aan mensen en verandering: Bouw, coach en inspireer een sterk presterend team van senior professionals en stimuleer ownership, accountability en continue ontwikkeling. Navigeer vlot door complexe stakeholderrelaties en geef met vertrouwen leiding in een context van organisatorische verandering.
