Objetivo do trabalho:

O Analista Administrativo é responsável por prestar suporte aos processos administrativos da empresa, contribuindo para a organização, controle de informações, acompanhamento de indicadores e eficiência das operações.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios, planilhas e indicadores;
  • Organizar documentos, registros e arquivos administrativos;
  • Alimentar sistemas gerenciais e bancos de dados;
  • Apoiar processos de compras, cotações e controle de materiais;
  • Dar suporte administrativo às áreas da empresa;
  • Realizar atendimento a clientes internos e externos;
  • Auxiliar no planejamento e acompanhamento de atividades e projetos;
  • Garantir a confiabilidade e confidencialidade das informações.

Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas de gestão.

Qualificações educacionais:

Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de Processos, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

Experiências profissionais:

Experiência anterior em atividades administrativas, controles, relatórios e suporte operacional.

Conhecimentos e habilidades:

  • Excel intermediário/avançado;
  • Sistemas de gestão e banco de dados;
  • Organização e controle de processos;
  • Capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica;
  • Gestão do tempo e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • CNH categoria B;
  • Disponibilidade para Viagens;
  • Experiência com indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de Facilities;
  • Vivência em ambientes industriais;
  • Conhecimento em controle de estoque, compras e processos administrativos.
