Objetivo do trabalho:

O Supervisor de Operações e Produção é responsável por supervisionar equipes, recursos e processos de manutenção, produção e obras, garantindo eficiência operacional, qualidade, cumprimento de prazos e segurança nas atividades.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar e distribuir as atividades das equipes de produção, manutenção e obras;
  • Coordenar a execução de projetos, instalações e manutenções;
  • Gerenciar equipes, orientando, treinando e acompanhando o desempenho dos colaboradores;
  • Planejar e acompanhar cronogramas, recursos, materiais e mão de obra;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade;
  • Acompanhar indicadores operacionais, financeiros e de gestão de pessoas;
  • Garantir a execução das manutenções preventivas e corretivas;
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes e fornecedores, acompanhando demandas e solucionando problemas;
  • Promover melhorias contínuas nos processos e otimização dos recursos.

Qualificações:

  • Experiência sólida em liderança e gestão de equipes;
  • Conhecimento em manutenção, produção, obras e gestão de projetos;
  • Conhecimento em normas de segurança e qualidade;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação;
  • Perfil estratégico, organizado e focado em resultados.

Qualificações educacionais:

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Produção, Refrigeração ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas será um diferencial.

Experiências profissionais:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em liderança/supervisão;
  • Vivência em supervisão de obras, manutenção ou produção;
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes e recursos;
  • Vivência em ambientes industriais.

Conhecimentos e habilidades:

  • Gestão de pessoas e projetos;
  • Refrigeração e processos de manutenção;
  • Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Gestão de indicadores e melhoria contínua;
  • Conhecimento em normas e regulamentações de segurança;
  • Capacidade de tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas.

  • CNH categoria B;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Experiência com gestão de obras e projetos industriais;
  • Conhecimento em NR-10;
