Objetivo do trabalho:

O Analista de Compras é responsável por garantir a aquisição estratégica de materiais, produtos e serviços, negociando com fornecedores e assegurando qualidade, custos competitivos e abastecimento eficiente para as operações da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar cotações, negociações e compras de materiais e serviços;
  • Desenvolver e avaliar fornecedores;
  • Acompanhar pedidos e prazos de entrega;
  • Analisar custos e oportunidades de redução de despesas;
  • Controlar indicadores e relatórios de compras;
  • Apoiar a gestão de estoque e suprimentos;
  • Garantir a conferência de pedidos e notas fiscais;
  • Atender às demandas internas de compras com agilidade e qualidade.

Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento em processos de compras e negociação;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação;
  • Organização, planejamento e foco em resultados.

Qualificações educacionais:

Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.

Experiências profissionais:

Experiência anterior na área de compras, negociação com fornecedores e gestão de suprimentos.

Conhecimentos e habilidades:

  • Excel avançado;
  • Sistemas de gestão de compras (ERP);
  • Gestão de estoque e logística;
  • Análise de custos e orçamentos;
  • Organização, proatividade e administração do tempo.

  • Vivência em negociação estratégica com fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
