Objetivo do trabalho:

O Especialista em Elétrica e Refrigeração é responsável por liderar equipes, coordenar projetos e executar atividades de manutenção, instalação e melhoria em sistemas elétricos e de refrigeração, garantindo segurança, eficiência e qualidade nos serviços prestados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar equipes de elétrica, refrigeração e manutenção;
  • Planejar e coordenar atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Diagnosticar falhas e desenvolver soluções técnicas em sistemas elétricos e de refrigeração;
  • Acompanhar e executar projetos elétricos e de climatização;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos, cronogramas e orçamentos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade;
  • Realizar treinamentos e orientar equipes técnicas;
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes, fornecedores e demais áreas da empresa.

Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento avançado em elétrica industrial e refrigeração;
  • Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes;
  • Conhecimento em comandos elétricos, motores e sistemas de automação;
  • Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas técnicos;
  • Boa comunicação e foco em resultados.

Qualificações educacionais:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Curso Técnico em Eletrotécnica, Refrigeração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, Refrigeração ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial.

Experiências profissionais:

  • Experiência sólida em manutenção elétrica industrial e sistemas de refrigeração;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes por, no mínimo, 3 anos;
  • Vivência em gestão de obras, projetos e manutenção industrial.

Conhecimentos e habilidades:

  • Elétrica de baixa tensão e comandos elétricos;
  • Sistemas de refrigeração industrial e climatização;
  • Leitura e interpretação de projetos elétricos;
  • Pacote Office e AutoCAD (diferencial);
  • Planejamento, organização e gestão de pessoas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com subestações, CCM e QGBT;
  • Conhecimento em análises termográficas e inspeções de SPDA;
  • Experiência com rebobinamento e manutenção de motores elétricos;
  • Vivência em ambientes industriais e gestão de contratos de manutenção.
