Requisitos

  • Ensino técnico ou superior em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos.
  • Noções de configuração de redes, internet e conectividade.
  • Conhecimento teórico em Microsoft Teams, Power Automate e Power BI.
  • Prática no Pacote Office.

Responsabilidades

• Atender chamados de suporte de nível 1, registrando, triando e escalonando ao nível seguinte conforme a complexidade. • Preparar e configurar estações de trabalho, periféricos e celulares corporativos. • Instalar e atualizar softwares homologados pela empresa. • Configurar e acompanhar os equipamentos de rede e de internet móvel corporativa. • Apoiar o atendimento de impressoras e multifuncionais, incluindo a reposição de suprimentos e a identificação de falhas. • Participar do onboarding e do offboarding de colaboradores. • Cadastrar e atualizar usuários, grupos e permissões conforme as diretrizes de segurança. • Organizar, atualizar e manter a documentação de inventário de ativos de TI atualizada. • Orientar e treinar colaboradores no uso correto e seguro dos equipamentos e das ferramentas corporativas. • Elaborar guias e tutoriais sobre as ferramentas e rotinas corporativas, mediante revisão. • Auxiliar no mapeamento de necessidades e no desenvolvimento de fluxos de automação com ferramentas do ambiente Microsoft 365.
