Jouw rol

Samen met nog 8 Care collega’s zorg jij dat de planning dagelijks weer klopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van BHV-trainingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en zorgvuldig verloopt. Van het inplannen van eigen – en inhuur instructeurs tot het uitvoeren van de cursusadministratie en een professionele communicatie met klanten en interne stakeholders. Jij regelt het! Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze en servicegerichte houding weten klanten en collega’s precies waar ze aan toe zijn.

Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader Customer Care en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de planning, sales en accountmanagement.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als customer care medewerker voer je diverse administratieve werkzaamheden vanuit de afdeling klantenservice voor de business unit training.
  • Je plant en verwerkt de afspraken wanneer en waar er BHV trainingen plaats gaan vinden en bevestigt dit aan onze klanten en deelnemers;
  • Je handelt administratief de orders en trainingen af en je hebt veel contact met klanten;
  • Je ondersteunt de afdeling bij het aannemen van de telefoon.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.400,- op basis van 40 uur per week.
  • Een functie met vrijdag als vaste werkdag;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km.
  • 25 vakantiedagen + mogelijkheid tot 2 extra verlofdagen bij niet-ziek (op fulltime basis);
  • Veel zelfstandigheid en de mogelijkheid om na de inwerkperiode 1 dag per week thuis te werken
  • Laptop en telefoon van de zaak (ook privé te gebruiken);

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal MBO/MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt aantoonbare administratieve en commerciële vaardigheden
  • Je hebt ervaring met cursistenadministratie (pré)
  • Je hebt ervaring met een plannings- en administratieve systemen (Chainwise is een pré)
  • Je beheerst Microsoft Office goed en bent handig met automatisering en AI
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en hebt kennis van de Engelse taal
  • Je hebt een dienstverlenende instelling
  • Je bent zeer accuraat
  • Je bent in staat om overzicht te houden bij complexe en diverse taken
