1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，5年以上互联网公司工作经验； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉Go或Java语言，掌握常用数据结构和算法； 3、具备全栈开发能力，构建完整应用链路，持续追踪落地情况，对业务效果负责； 4、熟练Web开发框架，深刻理解HTTP协议，具备独立Linux、Nginx的使用及搭建、调试、排错、优化、部署等能力； 5、掌握常见场景设计，如消息队列、分布式缓存、高并发、高可用、高负载等，保证服务稳定性； 6、熟悉业务架构设计理论，熟悉行业常见的架构方案； 7、热爱编程，有较强的学习能力和抽象能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术。 【加分项】 1、熟悉分布式架构，跨中心高可用架构，异地多活架构者优先； 2、具有Docker、Kubernetes等虚拟化经验者优先； 3、开源社区活跃贡献者优先，熟悉LLM技术栈、agent框架者优先。
