【你要做的】 1.针对不同的海外券商业务场景提供可落地的系统解决方案,基于公司内部系统现状,提供券商柜台系统的产品规划和设计,进行市场调研、研究行业趋势,根据现况制定产品中长期策略,以满足公司战略和目标； 2.对金融市场动态有持续研究,熟悉金融科技等业务场景和痛点,并对用户需求收集和整理,形成产品需求文档;撰写产品设计文档以及功能详细说明书,要求逻辑清晰,可读性强,细节完善; 3.与各地交易结算部门、外部合作方协作,提供业务解决方案,完成底层股票借贷、期权结算方案设计,推动系统功能落地; 4.能与研发及其他相关部门达成良好沟通,按计划跟进并推动产品开发进度,对产品质量负责; 5.跟踪运营及用户反馈,持续优化产品,提高产品易用性,流畅性,提升用户体验。

【你要具备的】 1.统招本科及以上学历,金融、计算机等相关专业; 2.5年以上金融产品经理或互联网产品经理工作经验,有海外券商/国际金融类项目经验,有大型中后台系统项目经验,熟悉券商系统底层股票借贷、期权结算等功能; 3.具备股票借贷,期权交易结算等系统建设经验的可优先; 4.清晰的逻辑思维,具备较强的分析、归纳和总结能力;具备较强的产品文档编写能力,文档可读性强; 5.工作积极主动,细心负责,具备一定的钻研精神和较强的自我学习能力,能承受一定压力; 6.英文可作为工作语言。 【加分项】 1.具备证券、衍生品等方面的业务经验; 2.有海外券商工作经验/从业资格证; 3.有多个0到1项目经验。
