1、负责券商中后台业务系统的后端研发工作； 2、深入理解业务需求，参与系统架构设计与核心模块开发，推动复杂业务落地； 3、持续优化现有系统，保障系统高并发、高可用与稳定运行； 4、负责分布式系统、微服务及平台化能力建设，包括缓存、消息、监控等基础设施优化； 5、推动系统工程化与规范化建设，探索 AI 在研发、运维及业务场景中的应用，提升研发效率、系统可维护性与平台智能化水平。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网或金融科技公司后端研发经验； 2、扎实的计算机基础，良好的编码能力与系统设计能力； 3、精通 Java 开发，熟悉 Spring Boot、MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ 等技术栈； 4、熟悉数据库、缓存、消息队列等基础组件，具备分布式系统开发经验； 5、具备高并发、高可用系统设计与性能优化经验； 6、关注 AI 及智能化研发技术的发展，能够使用 AI 编程工具提升研发效率；有 AI Agent、LLM 应用、智能运维或研发效能相关实践经验者优先； 7、有较强的问题分析能力、责任心及良好的团队协作沟通能力； 8、有券商、金融科技相关经验者优先。
