【你需要做的】 1、聚焦特定业务方向（交易、FCN、IPO等），深入理解券商业务逻辑、监管政策及行业动态，挖掘用户需求，输出产品规划方案； 2、积极探索 AI Coding 等新型产品开发方式，借助 AI 工具快速完成产品 Prototype、Demo 或简单工具开发，将产品想法快速转化为可验证方案，并通过实际反馈持续迭代； 3、跟踪行业竞品动态与市场趋势，结合业务特点挖掘产品机会，提出创新思路，持续优化产品体验与核心竞争力； 4、协同研发、运营、合规等团队推进产品落地，解决项目推进中的跨团队问题，保障项目按时保质完成。

【你需要具备的】 1、全日制本科及以上学历，金融、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、2-3年券商、金融科技公司相关产品或研发工作经验，熟悉券商核心业务（如交易、FCN、IPO等）者优先，有完整产品从0到1落地经验者加分； 3、具备较强的 Builder 意识和动手能力，能够主动使用 AI + Coding 快速验证产品想法，并将想法转化为实际可运行的产品或解决方案； 4、热爱金融交易，对证券市场有浓厚兴趣和敏锐洞察力，熟悉各类证券产品及交易规则； 5、具备较强的沟通协调、执行及项目推进能力，具备良好的合规意识，能够与研发、运营、合规等团队高效协作。 【加分项】 1、有实际 AI Coding 闭环实践经验，能够使用 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 等工具独立完成 Prototype、内部工具、AI 应用或自动化工作流； 2、有研发背景，具备较强的技术理解能力、产品 Sense 和 AI Coding 能力；或目前从事研发工作，并有意向向产品经理 / Product Builder 转型。
