协助客户完成 API 接入、联调、测试及上线全流程，保障接入效率； 解答客户 API 使用过程中的技术疑问，包括接口参数、鉴权方式、调用频率、错误码等； 协助定位客户接入问题，联动内部研发团队推进问题闭环解决； 参与 API 文档、示例代码、FAQ 的编写与持续优化（加分项）； 收集整理客户对 API 的功能需求及改进建议，做好记录与同步； 作为客户、产品、研发之间的技术桥梁，确保信息传递清晰、准确； 协助完成业务拓展及重点客户的技术对接工作。

熟悉 Python/Java 等至少一门常见编程语言，可阅读并简单编写示例代码； 了解 API 服务基础，掌握 HTTP/HTTPS、RESTful API、JSON 等核心概念； 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能高效对接客户与内部团队，完成技术交流； 责任心强，有良好的客户服务意识和问题跟进、闭环能力。
