1. 参与全球办公区网络日常运维：交换机、无线 AP、零信任及VPN巡检、配置变更与故障排查，保障办公网络稳定。 2. 参与零信任（Fortinet/Zscaler）体系落地：协助配置身份 + 设备 + 应用的访问策略，将现有 VPN 访问逐步迁移至零信任网关，收集用户反馈并整理问题。 3. 维护网络资产台账、拓扑图与 IP 地址规划，编写和更新运维文档、SOP 与知识库。 4. 协助处理防火墙策略申请：按流程审核业务方提交的开通 / 变更需求，检查源、目的、端口、时效与最小权限原则，完成配置并留存记录。 5. 参与微软AD、网络运维相关小工具 / 脚本开发（Python 等），提升运维自动化程度。

1. 本科及以上在读，计算机 / 网络 / 信息安全 / 通信等相关专业，可实习 3 个月以上，每周到岗 4–5 天。 2. 掌握 TCP/IP、VLAN、路由（静态 / OSPF / BGP 基础）、NAT、DNS、DHCP 等基础网络知识，能独立读懂网络拓扑。 3. 了解防火墙基本原理与策略配置逻辑（任一主流厂商即可，如Fortinet / Juniper ）。 4. 了解零信任、SASE、SDP、IAM / SSO 等概念，对身份与访问控制有兴趣。 5. 责任心强，做事细致，有良好的文档意识与沟通能力，能配合流程严谨执行。

加分项 - 持有 CCNA / HCIA / HCIP / NSE / PCNSA 等网络或安全认证，或正在备考。 - 有 Python / Shell 脚本经验，或使用过 Ansible、Netmiko 等网络自动化工具。 - 英语读写良好，能阅读英文技术文档并与海外同事协作。
