加盟技术团队负责老虎 ToB 业务系统的后端研发与平台化建设，支撑加盟业务客户全球多市场、多品种交易能力的稳定交付。 我们直面头部券商、银行等机构客户的真实业务诉求，把复杂的交易、账户、清结算、风控能力沉淀为高并发、高可用、可复用的基础设施；后端研发是这套系统的核心建设者，推动复杂业务在多租户、开放平台架构下高质量落地。 联系人：@谢祎 @何怀春 岗位职责 - 负责老虎 ToB 业务系统的研发工作 - 深入理解业务需求，参与系统架构设计与核心模块开发，推动复杂业务落地 - 持续优化现有系统，保障系统高并发、高可用与稳定运行 - 负责分布式系统、微服务及平台化能力建设，包括缓存、消息、监控等基础设施优化 - 推动系统工程化与规范化建设，提升研发效率与系统可维护性 - 与产品、测试、运维及合作方团队协同，推进重点项目交付
