1. 5-8年TD经验，有金融科技/互联网行业从0到1搭建人才体系、高管后备、中高层梯队搭建实操经验优先，跨境企业经验加分。 2. 熟练掌握人才盘点、胜任力建模、领导力开发、核心人才梯队建设全流程方法论。 3. 懂业务、懂人才，能结合海外金融业务特性定制适配的人才发展方案。 4. 擅长高管沟通与跨部门项目统筹，方案落地、复盘迭代能力突出。 5. 具备流利的英语沟通读写能力，可熟练使用英语作为工作语言优先。
