Devices Planning Analyst

Función principal:

Analizar, planificar y gestionar la demanda de productos para el canal de telefonía prepago, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna de dispositivos, SIM cards y tarjetas de oferta comercial, mediante la elaboración de pronósticos de demanda (forecast), el control de inventarios, la planificación y distribución de productos a distribuidores y cadenas comerciales, y la coordinación de procesos de maquila para la personalización de dispositivos y SIM cards. Todo ello, con el objetivo de optimizar los niveles de inventario, garantizar la continuidad del abastecimiento y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales del negocio.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Logística, Economía o carreras afines. Deseable formación complementaria en planificación de la demanda y/o gestión de inventarios.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en planificación de la demanda, análisis de inventarios, abastecimiento o logística.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de forecast, planificación de inventarios y coordinación de distribución de productos.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
  • Planificación de abastecimiento y distribución.
  • Análisis de ventas y activaciones // tendencias y comportamiento de la demanda Prepago para construcción de Forecast.

Competencias:

  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
  • Planificación, organización y administración del tiempo.
  • Atención al detalle y seguimiento de procesos.
  • Pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas.
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Capacidad para coordinar múltiples actividades y gestionar prioridades.
  • Orientación al cliente interno y externo.
  • Proactividad y enfoque en la mejora continua.
