Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Steuerung sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer B2B-Online-Plattform für Elektriker, Solarteure & Reseller (UX, Funktionen im Shop-System, System-Schnittstellen)
  • Du bist für die Umsetzung und Auswertung der Onpage-Sales-Aktionen und Marketing-Kampagnen (Affiliate-Marketing, E-Mail-Marketing) verantwortlich.
  • Analyse von KPIs (Umsatz, Konversionsrate, Warenkorbwert, Retouren) und Ableitung datenbasierter Optimierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing, Produktmanagement, KAM-Vertrieb und der IT
  • Monitoring von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Ableitung von Trends
  • Du bist für die ganzheitliche Listung, Steuerung und Optimierung unseres Produktportfolios auf den Marktplätzen (Amazon, eBay etc.) zuständig.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger ERP-, CMS- und Shop-Systeme (z. B. Shopify, Magento) sowie von Marktplätzen
  • Du verfügst über eine gewisse Affinität für Technologien, wie etwa E-Mobilität oder andere Bereiche der erneuerbaren Energien, und deren Produktwelt.
  • Erfahrung in der KPI-Analyse und Nutzung von Analytic-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Online-Marketing-Kanälen und -Tools (SEO/GEO, Affiliate-Marketing, SEA)
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und besitzt eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
