Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst unser Geschäft im Bereich bidirektionales Laden / Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) unternehmerisch weiter und erschließt neue Wachstumsfelder.
  • Du baust die Kundengruppe der Prosumer-Produktanbieter auf – insbesondere in den Bereichen Wärmepumpe, Solar, Heimspeicher und Energiemanagementsysteme (HEMS).
  • Du entwickelst strategische B2B-Kunden und Partnerschaften auf Senior Level und führst Gespräche mit Entscheidern.
  • Du entwickelst unser Produktportfolio gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement entlang der Anforderungen und Potenziale dieser Kundengruppe weiter.
  • Du bringst Markt- und Kundenfeedback gezielt in unsere Produkt- und Geschäftsstrategie ein.
  • Du repräsentierst TMH und unsere Vision bei Kunden, Partnern, Messen und Konferenzen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Development oder in der Beratung
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits berufliche Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung oder im Partnermanagement in einem der folgenden Bereiche gesammelt: Energiemanagement, Wärmepumpe, Heimspeicher oder Photovoltaik
  • Du kommunizierst auf empathische und überzeugende Art mit Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Elektromobilität, die Energiewende und das Thema bidirektionales Laden
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
