  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Online-Shops
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Produktdaten und Inhalten
  • Unterstützung bei Online-Marketing-Kampagnen (SEO, SEA, Social Media & Newsletter)
  • Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Kennzahlen
  • Mitarbeit an der Optimierung der Customer Journey
  • Unterstützung im Kundenservice und bei digitalen Verkaufsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
  • Einblicke in moderne E-Commerce- und ERP-Systeme
