Atividades:

  • Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas do Departamento Pessoal;
  • Realizar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores em dúvidas relacionadas a documentos, benefícios, ponto e demais assuntos de DP;
  • Receber, conferir, organizar e arquivar documentos dos colaboradores;
  • Realizar controle e acompanhamento de exames ocupacionais e periódicos;
  • Agendar exames admissionais, periódicos, demissionais e de retorno, conforme necessidade;
  • Receber, conferir e organizar atestados médicos e documentos relacionados à saúde ocupacional;
  • Realizar lançamentos e conferências no sistema de ponto;
  • Apoiar no controle de banco de horas, faltas, atrasos e demais ocorrências de jornada;
  • Apoiar nos processos de admissão, desligamento e movimentações de colaboradores;
  • Organizar documentos e informações para rescisões e demais processos do DP;
  • Apoiar no controle de benefícios e movimentações cadastrais;
  • Manter documentos e arquivos do Departamento Pessoal organizados e atualizados;
  • Apoiar as demais atividades administrativas da área, conforme demanda.
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Desejável estar cursando ou ter formação em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conhecimento em informática e pacote Office;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação;
  • Desejável experiência com sistemas de ponto e/ou RH

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior em Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conhecimento em controle de ponto e banco de horas;
  • Vivência com benefícios e documentação trabalhista;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de pessoas.
