Responsabilidades:

  • Estruturação e atualização de trilhas de aprendizagem, onboarding, reciclagens e programas de educação continuada;
  • Desenvolvimento de conteúdos e materiais de treinamento com aplicação de Design Instrucional;
  • Execução de treinamentos presenciais, online e assíncronos para diferentes públicos;
  • Gestão e organização da Academia Corporativa e das plataformas de aprendizagem, garantindo conteúdos, jornadas e públicos atualizados;
  • Construção e acompanhamento de cronogramas e projetos de treinamento, garantindo prazos e entregas;
  • Consolidação mensal dos indicadores de treinamento, como adesão, conclusão, participação, desempenho e evolução dos públicos;
  • Organização e tratamento de bases de dados e planilhas, transformando os resultados em informações gerenciais;
  • Identificação de gaps de conhecimento e necessidades de capacitação a partir dos dados e das demandas das áreas;
  • Construção e acompanhamento de planos de ação a partir dos indicadores encontrados;
  • Desenvolvimento de ações de engajamento, gamificação e educação continuada;
  • Apoio na implantação e utilização de novas tecnologias educacionais, plataformas LMS e ferramentas de IA;
  • Produção de relatórios e análises executivas demonstrando evolução, resultados, pontos de atenção e próximos passos das iniciativas de treinamento;
  • Manutenção de um calendário contínuo de capacitação, garantindo que a Academia Corporativa tenha uma atuação recorrente.
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Pedagogia, Psicologia, Educação, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou cursos em Educação Corporativa, Design Instrucional, T&D, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência em projetos de educação continuada, onboarding, reciclagem ou desenvolvimento de equipes;
  • Diferencial ter atuado em ambientes com grande volume de colaboradores, operação, atendimento ou saúde.
