Missão do cargo:

O Enfermeiro de Teleatendimento é responsável por prestar assistência à saúde por meio de plataformas de telessaúde, oferecendo orientações, monitoramento e suporte a usuários de forma remota.

Atua em conformidade com os protocolos de saúde, garantindo a qualidade dos atendimentos e contribuindo para a promoção da saúde e a prevenção de doenças.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender as ligações conforme SLA contratualizado
  • Registrar o ponto na entrada, saída e nas pausas, cumprindo a NR17 em relação ao tempo mínimo de pausas e lanche
  • Atendimento Remoto a Pacientes: Realizar o atendimento de pacientes à distância, por meio das plataformas definidas para atendimento, oferecendo orientações de enfermagem, esclarecendo dúvidas e direcionando os pacientes para o cuidado adequado.
  • Avaliação e Triagem: Realizar triagem clínica dos pacientes, avaliando sinais e sintomas, identificando a gravidade dos casos e recomendando intervenções ou encaminhamentos médicos, quando necessário.
  • Orientações de Saúde: Prestar orientações educativas relacionadas à promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças e manejo de condições de saúde, seguindo protocolos clínicos estabelecidos.
  • Registro e Documentação: Registrar com precisão todas as interações e orientações fornecidas durante o teleatendimento, garantindo a conformidade com as exigências legais e regulamentares.
  • Encaminhamento Adequado: Identificar a necessidade de encaminhamento para outros níveis de cuidado, como consultas médicas, atendimento de emergência ou acompanhamento especializado.
  • Suporte Técnico e Operacional: Oferecer suporte técnico aos usuários no uso da plataforma de telessaúde, auxiliando em eventuais dificuldades com a tecnologia.
  • Conformidade com Regulamentações: Garantir que todos os atendimentos estejam em conformidade com as normas de saúde, privacidade de dados (LGPD) e boas práticas de enfermagem.
  • Promoção de Saúde: Contribuir para campanhas e programas de promoção de saúde da empresa, envolvendo-se em ações de educação em saúde, prevenção de doenças e melhorias contínuas no atendimento.

Requisitos:

  • Superior completo em Enfermagem;
  • COREN ativo;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1;
  • Conhecimento em informática;
  • Experiência com urgência e emergência
