Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, monitorar e ajustar as escalas da rede credenciada (profissionais PJ), assegurando a cobertura das agendas conforme a demanda operacional;
  • Garantir alocação estratégica dos recursos, antecipando substituições em casos de indisponibilidade, férias ou vencimento contratual;
  • Revisar periodicamente as escalas e realizar ajustes emergenciais com agilidade e precisão;
  • Acompanhar indicadores operacionais como: faltas, cancelamentos, sobrecarga e eficiência de cobertura;
  • Atuar como ponto de contato entre os gestores internos e os profissionais credenciados, promovendo comunicação clara sobre escalas e alterações;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas e resolver conflitos relacionados à programação de escalas;
  • Gerar relatórios com dados de produtividade, faltas, cobertura e impactos operacionais, apoiando a tomada de decisão;
  • Identificar padrões e gargalos no processo de escala e propor melhorias na alocação de recursos;
  • Garantir conformidade das escalas, de acordo com o cliente e contratos comerciais estabelecidos;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua do processo de gestão de escalas, por meio da adoção de ferramentas, metodologias e soluções operacionais que aumentem a eficiência e previsibilidade;
  • Prospecção ativa de novos prestadores e parceiros estratégicos;
  • Habilidade de negociação e desenvolvimento de parcerias;
  • Perfil proativo, com postura hunter e iniciativa para abertura de novas frentes de negócio;
  • Visão estratégica para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e fortalecer a rede credenciada.
  • Experiência em áreas comerciais, prospecção, expansão de negócios, parcerias ou credenciamento;
  • Habilidade em negociação, relacionamento e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração ou áreas afins;
  • Domínio de Excel e/ou ferramentas de gestão de escalas;
  • Desejável conhecimento de sistemas de agendamento, BI ou plataformas de gestão de prestadores;
  • Conhecimento da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) para manuseio responsável de dados da rede.
