Für die strategische und operative Leitung unseres internationalen Geschäfts suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und vertriebsstarken Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) mit Dienstsitz in Barcelona.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

  • Ganzheitliche Führung: Sie übernehmen die operative und strategische Führung des Unternehmens direkt aus unserem Büro in Barcelona.
  • Vertriebsexzellenz: Sie leiten unsere internationalen Vertriebsteams, motivieren diese zu Höchstleistungen und bauen unsere globalen Vertriebsstrukturen weiter aus.
  • Performance Management: Als stark zahlengetriebene Persönlichkeit steuern Sie das Unternehmen anhand von KPIs und sichern die Erreichung unserer ambitionierten Umsatz- und Ertragsziele.
  • Export & Compliance: Sie verantworten den reibungslosen internationalen Handel und stellen die Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften sicher – insbesondere im komplexen Export von Dual-Use-Gütern sowie bezüglich der internationalen Umsatzsteuerregelungen.
  • Netzwerk & Repräsentation: Sie repräsentieren GINDUMAC auf internationaler Ebene bei Kunden, Partnern und auf Fachmessen.

Dein Talent / Your talent

  • Führungserfahrung: Sie verfügen über mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von (internationalen) Vertriebsteams.
  • Analytisches Mindset: Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Zahlenverständnis ("zahlengetrieben") sowie eine strukturierte, strategische Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Handels- & Steuerkenntnisse: Sie bringen solide Kenntnisse im internationalen Handel mit, insbesondere fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer im internationalen Handel sowie im Export von Dual-Use-Gütern.
  • Technisches Verständnis (Pluspunkt): Erste Erfahrungen oder technische Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche CNC-Maschinen, Medizintechnik oder Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen werten wir als großes Plus.
  • Sprachtalent: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Rolle unerlässlich. Gute Spanisch-Grundkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Flexibilität & Standort: Sie haben Ihren Wohnsitz in Barcelona (oder die uneingeschränkte Bereitschaft zur Relocation) und bringen eine hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft mit.
