Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

Als Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) übernimmst du die eigenständige operative und strategische Führung von Bike-Angebot.de. Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft des Unternehmens. Dein klarer Auftrag: Umsatz steigern, Vertrieb ausbauen, Marktanteile gewinnen und nachhaltiges profitables Wachstum erzielen.

Unternehmensführung & Wachstum

  • Eigenständige Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis, Budget und Unternehmensziele
  • Aufbau effizienter Strukturen für weiteres Wachstum (KI)

E-Commerce & Marketing

  • Weiterentwicklung der Onlineplattform und digitalen Vertriebsstrategie
  • Steigerung von Reichweite, Conversion und Umsatz
  • Optimierung von Performance-Marketing und Kundenakquise
  • Entwicklung innovativer Verkaufs- und Vermarktungskonzepte
  • Konsequente Steuerung anhand relevanter Kennzahlen

Führung & Organisation

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Optimierung interner Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aufbau einer leistungs- und wachstumsorientierten Unternehmenskultur

Vertrieb & Business Development

  • Strategischer und operativer Ausbau des Vertriebs
  • Gewinnung neuer Händler, Hersteller und Kooperationspartner
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Entwicklung neuer Vertriebskanäle und Geschäftsmodelle
  • Führung wichtiger Vertrags- und Partnerverhandlungen

Dein Talent / Your talent

Wir suchen keinen reinen Verwalter, sondern eine echte Unternehmerpersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Vertriebsinstinkt. Du bringst idealerweise mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition, idealerweise als Geschäftsführer, Vertriebsleiter oder E-Commerce-Leiter
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Umsatzwachstum und Geschäftsausbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im E-Commerce und digitalen Marketing
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Geschäftsmodellen
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Sicherheit im Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, selbst aktiv mit anzupacken
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Fahrradbranche, im Onlinehandel oder in vergleichbaren Handelsstrukturen

Wichtiger als Branchenerfahrung sind uns deine unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten, deine Ecommerce-Kompetenz und dein nachweisbarer Erfolg.
