Das Unternehmen vernetzt über 400 stationäre Fachhändler in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz und ermöglicht Kunden den Zugang zu exklusiven Möbelstücken renommierter Premium-Marken wie Walter Knoll, Vitra, Rolf Benz oder USM Haller.

Die angebotenen Möbel stammen direkt aus ausgewählten Einrichtungshäusern, werden geprüft und professionell aufbereitet, bevor sie über ein digitales Vertriebsmodell vermarktet werden. Ziel von MöbelFirst ist es, hochwertige Möbel nachhaltiger, transparenter und effizienter in den Markt zu bringen – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Qualität, Service und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Im August 2026 erfolgte die Übernahme der COCOLI GmbH. COCOLI ist ein Online-Marktplatz für hochwertige Secondhand-Designermöbel und Interior-Pieces, der nachhaltigen Konsum mit kuratiertem Design verbindet.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

  • Aktiver Verkauf per Telefon und E-Mail (Mo–Fr, ggf. Samstag)
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen sowie Führung von Preisverhandlungen mit Kunden, Händlern und Logistikpartnern
  • Steuerung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Bestellung der Ware bei Händlern sowie Prüfung der Produktqualität
  • Auswahl, Koordination und Steuerung von Logistikdienstleistern
  • Organisation, Avisierung und Überwachung der Lieferprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Liefertreue sowie End-to-End-Prozesskontrolle vom Verkauf bis zur Nachlieferung
  • Laufende Kundenbetreuung inkl. Stammkundenmanagement, After-Sales-Service und Bewertungsmanagement
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Reklamationen sowie aktive Vermeidung von Retouren
  • Rechnungsprüfung sowie Controlling der Logistikprozesse

Dein Talent / Your talent

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Innendienst oder Kundenservice (idealerweise Handel/Möbel)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Telefon- und E-Mail-Vertrieb
  • Erfahrung in Kalkulationen sowie Preis- und Verhandlungsführung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Bestellwesen und in der Qualitätsprüfung von Produkten
  • Kenntnisse in der Logistikkoordination und Prozesssteuerung (Lieferkette bis Auslieferung)
  • Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement (Stammkunden, Nachverkauf, Kundenbindung)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Reklamationsbearbeitung und Retourenvermeidung
  • Erfahrung in Rechnungsprüfung und operativem Controlling
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
