Für unser Schlosshotel Rettershof in Kelkheim (Taunus) suchen wir ab sofort eine freundliche und engagierte Persönlichkeit für unser Front Office.

Unser Haus verbindet den besonderen Charme eines historischen Schlosshotels mit persönlicher Gastfreundschaft, individueller Hotellerie und Gastronomie. Hochzeiten, private Feiern, Tagungen und Veranstaltungen machen den Rettershof zu einem besonderen und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsort.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

Als Mitarbeiter im Front Office sind Sie eine der wichtigsten Ansprechpersonen für unsere Gäste - vom ersten Kontakt und der Reservierung über die persönliche Begrüßung bis zur Abreise.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herzlicher Empfang und persönliche Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste
  • Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen sowie Gästeanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Beratung unserer Gäste rund um ihren Aufenthalt und unser Haus
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Housekeeping, Gastronomie und Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Gästerechnungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption
  • Professioneller und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit individuellen Gästewünschen

Dein Talent / Your talent

Für uns stehen Persönlichkeit, Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen im Vordergrund.

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie und/oder haben bereits Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption gesammelt. Auch Bewerber aus der Gastronomie, dem Tourismus oder anderen serviceorientierten Bereichen sind bei entsprechender Motivation herzlich willkommen.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und eine herzliche, offene Persönlichkeit
  • ein gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im hotelüblichen Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
