Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

  • Du steuerst unser Software-Engineering-Team und und begleitest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess, von der Konzeptphase bis zum Go-Live
  • Du sammelst, bewertest und priorisierst die Produktanforderungen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder und hast dabei sowohl die Unternehmensziele als auch die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer:innen im Blick
  • Zusammen mit dem Management entwickelst du eine klare Vision für unsere Plattform und leitest daraus die Produktstrategie und Roadmap ab
  • Du bist Sparringspartner:in für fachliche und technische Fragen in deinem und anderen Teams
  • Zu deinem Daily Business natürlich gehören auch die klassischen (Scrum) Product-Owner-Tätigkeiten von der Pflege des Backlogs bis zur Erarbeitung von User Stories

Dein Talent / Your talent

  • Dein fachliches Know-How bringst du aus einem abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudium (idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation mit
  • Nach mindestens 3 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung (z.B. als PO im E-Commerce oder in der Softwareentwicklung) kennst du dich mit der Steuerung von IT-Projekten sowie agilen Methoden (z.B. SCRUM) & Tools (Confluence & Jira) bestens aus
  • Du verfügst über eine holistische Produktsicht im Spannungsfeld Kund:in – Markt – Technologie und überzeugst uns mit deinen analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
  • Du erkennst selbstständig Handlungsfelder und treibst wichtige Themen kreativ und lösungsorientiert voran
  • Du punktest mit deinen Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills und hast ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Du kannst Teams funktional führen und magst die Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen
