Für unser Schlosshotel Rettershof in Kelkheim (Taunus) suchen wir ab sofort engagierte und herzliche Mitarbeiter für unseren Servicebereich in Gastronomie und Veranstaltungen.

Unser Haus verbindet den besonderen Charme eines historischen Schlosshotels mit persönlicher Gastfreundschaft und individueller Gastronomie. Hochzeiten, private Feiern, Tagungen und Veranstaltungen sorgen für ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld.

Für unser Team suchen wir Menschen, die gerne Gastgeber sind, Freude am Umgang mit Gästen haben und mit ihrer Persönlichkeit zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre beitragen.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herzliche und aufmerksame Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Service von Speisen und Getränken
  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Restaurantservice, Veranstaltungen, Hochzeiten und Feierlichkeiten
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und professionellen Erscheinungsbildes der Servicebereiche
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Rezeption und Veranstaltungsteam
  • Umsetzung unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards

Dein Talent / Your talent

Für uns stehen Persönlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und echte Gastgebermentalität im Vordergrund.

Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder im Veranstaltungsservice gesammelt. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit Freude am Service sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein herzliches Auftreten
  • Serviceorientierung und ein gutes Gespür für die Wünsche unserer Gäste
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist und eine positive, engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • ein gepflegtes und professionelles Erscheinungsbild
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im hotel- und gastronomieüblichen Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
