Als Teamleiter Payroll (m/w/d) übernimmst du bei uns eine zentrale Rolle: Du führst und koordinierst dein Team, bist fachlicher Ansprechpartner und arbeitest gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit.

Wir suchen keine Führungskraft, die Aufgaben nur verteilt. Uns ist wichtig, dass du gemeinsam mit deinem Team anpackst, Verantwortung übernimmst und auch bei anspruchsvollen Fällen selbst mitarbeitest.

Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Payroll-Teams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Mandanten
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten, termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Payroll
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für dein Team bei komplexen Fragestellungen
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Mandanten rund um die Entgeltabrechnung
  • Klärung lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Sachverhalte
  • Koordination von Aufgaben, Kapazitäten und Fristen innerhalb des Teams
  • Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern, Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und weiteren Behörden
  • Begleitung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Einarbeitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Payroll-Prozesse mit DATEV

Dein Talent / Your talent

Für diese Position suchen wir jemanden, der fachlich stark ist, Verantwortung übernimmt und gleichzeitig gerne selbst mitarbeitet.

Du solltest mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Payroll
  • Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit den relevanten DATEV-Anwendungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung unterschiedlicher Mandanten
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Teams oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und dein Team fachlich zu unterstützen
  • Professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit unseren Mandanten
  • Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, dort mit anzupacken, wo deine Unterstützung gerade gebraucht wird
  • Offenheit gegenüber Veränderungen, neuen Aufgaben und digitalen Prozessen
