Objetivo del rol: Ejecutar y dar seguimiento de las iniciativas de comunicación, experiencia, calidad y desarrollo comercial, coordinando con las áreas involucradas y generando análisis, alertas y acciones de mejora que aseguren la adopción de iniciativas, fortalezcan las capacidades de la fuerza comercial y contribuyan a mejorar la experiencia de clientes y canales.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Ejecutarás y harás seguimiento a las iniciativas de su frente, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos, entregables e indicadores definidos. Frentes: Go to market (despliegue y adopción), Desarrollo Comercial (Onboarding, capacitaciones y programas de desarrollo), Calidad Comercial (contralorías comerciales y calidad de venta), Experiencia (NPS, volz del cliente, experiencia del canal).
  • Coordinarás con las áreas internas involucradas (riesgos, marketing, red de tiendas, créditos, etc) para la implementeación de las iniciativas, asegurando alineamiento, ejecución y seguimiento.
  • Analizarás información, feedback y resultados: Recoger información de agencias, ejecutivos y jefaturas, identificando principales fricciones y oportunidades, y estructurando insights accionables.
  • Ejecutarás y darás seguimiento al plan de comunicación comercial: gestionar el calendario de comunicaciones hacia los canales, asegurando su correcta emisión, distribución y seguimiento en tiempo y forma.
  • Brindarás soporte en iniciativas de experencia y cultura comercial: Coordinar y apoyar la ejecución de programas de reconocimiento, desarrollo e integración; asegurando orden, continuidad y cumplimiento de las actividades.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Egresado/Bachiller en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing.
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en Banca, servicios financieros o industrias de servicios con operación multicanal.
  • Conocimientos en Análsis de datos, seguimiento de iniciativas y manejo de reportes
  • Office avanzado
  • Deseable conocer de otras herramientas como SQL y PowerBi
