Tu objetivo principal será:

Liderar de punta a punta el ciclo completo de los proyectos de transformación e innovación en pagos y cobranzas, diseñando e implementando nuevas experiencias y soluciones para clientes de tarjetas de crédito y débito, PLIN, transferencias, pago de servicios y recargas.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Liderarás integralmente los proyectos: Desde la definición y el alcance hasta la implementación, lanzamiento y estabilización.
  • Facilitarás la definición y construcción de procesos con arquitectura y teconología en las etapas de refinamiento, garantizando el flujo más eficiente y óptimo para el producto.
  • Gestionarás riesgos y dependencias y asegurarás que se cumpla el roadmap, entregables y presupuesto.
  • Alinearás y priorizarás con stakeholders: Trabajarás de la mano con segmentos, tecnología, canales digitales, arquitectura, entre otros.
  • Realizarás seguimiento, análisis y medición de KPIs de éxito del proyecto antes y después del lanzamiento.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Conocimiento de ecosistema de pagos, arquitectura de soluciones y elaboración de caso de negocio.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
  • Conocimiento de SQL Intermedio / Avanzado.
