Tu objetivo principal será: Diseñar e implementar la propuesta de valor del segmento Select, asegurando su vigencia y diferenciación en el mercado local y regional. Brindar soporte estratégico y operativo en iniciativas comerciales, proyectos de posicionamiento y análisis de data que impulsen la relevancia y competitividad del segmento.

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Desarrollar los pilares de la propuesta de valor del segmento (productos, beneficios, servicios, modelo de atención), asegurando su alineación con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Identificar tendencias del mercado, benchmarks regionales y best practices para enriquecer la oferta.
  • Coordinar con áreas de producto, marketing, CX y digital para materializar las iniciativas del segmento.
  • Asegurar el despliegue efectivo de la propuesta de valor en los canales de atención. Monitorear la adopción y performance de las iniciativas, ajustando según resultados.
  • Elaborar business cases sólidos que sustenten la necesidad de inversión.
  • Definir metas, indicadores de éxito y el impacto esperado en términos de crecimiento, vinculación y rentabilidad.
  • Administrar los recursos asignados y garantizar su uso eficiente para el desarrollo del segmento.
  • Analizar el comportamiento de clientes actuales y potenciales para detectar oportunidades de mejora en la propuesta de valor.
  • Elaborar reportes de impacto, monitorear la evolución de la competencia y generar insights accionables para decisiones estratégicas.
  • Liderar proyectos de desarrollo o evolución de la propuesta de valor, involucrando áreas clave (TI, Legal, Riesgos, Marketing).
  • Brindar soporte analítico y estratégico al equipo del segmento y a los líderes de canal.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Bachiller en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Marketing, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • 1 de experiencia en banca o consultoría, en áreas de desarrollo de productos, marketing estratégico, segmentos, experiencia de cliente o inteligencia de negocio.
  • Deseable experiencia en diseño o gestión de propuestas de valor o modelos de atención
  • Manejo intermedio de SQL y herramientas de bases de datos (preferentemente Teradata).
  • Deseable conocimiento en herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau), desarrollo de productos, customer experience y metodologías ágiles.
