Job Description

Tu objetivo principal será:

Asesorar y acompañar a los clientes de proyectos inmobiliarios del banco a que desembolsen créditos hipotecarios, de esta manera generar una experiencia INcreíble

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Visitarás diariamente proyectos inmobiliarios del banco.
  • Realizarás seguimiento de cartera de clientes.
  • Harás prefiltro de expedientes.
  • Realizarás seguimiento de aprobación de créditos y al proceso de desembolso.
  • Generarás reportes semanales de cada proyecto asignado.
  • Elaborarás un reporte mensual con el status de cada proyecto.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Estudios superiores universitarios desde el 7° ciclo o técnicos completos en las carreras de Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, Formación Bancaria y/o carreras afines.
  • Tener experiencia en ventas de créditos hipotecarios, venta de inmuebles.
  • Contar con 1 año de experiencia realizando tareas similares
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados y/o domingos
