The posting

Votre mission Sous la responsabilité de notre DSI, vous encadrez l’équipe de développement.

Cette équipe est composée d’environ 60 personnes, organisées en équipes agiles.

En tant que responsable de l’équipe, vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Vous managez l’équipe, en assurant les activités de recrutement, de fidélisation, de motivation, d’évaluation, de gestion de compétence, et de pilotage des activités.

• Vous gérez le delivery de la roadmap et des projets (clients, produits, techniques), en garantissant la tenue des délais et des budgets, et la qualité des livrables, au travers d’une organisation autonome et efficace des équipes, en organisant la transversalité quand nécessaire.

•Vous poursuivez l’industrialisation de vos activités, tout particulièrement sur l’intégration de l’IA qui révolutionne le travail des équipes.

•Vous garantissez la QoS délivrée aux clients en livrant des composants de qualité, dans une architecture fiable et robuste, et en développant une culture d’amélioration continue dans l’équipe.

•Vous garantissez la bonne sécurité des livrables, en relation avec notre RSSI.

•Vous garantissez la bonne performance des systèmes, et la bonne adaptation des capacités en production aux sollicitations des clients.

•Vous organisez les bonnes relations et le travail efficace avec les équipes voisines (clients internes, opérations, infrastructure.

•Vous veillez à la bonne gestion du patrimoine (traitement des obsolescences, simplification, documentation…)

•Vous définissez, déployez et communiquez votre stratégie long terme : technologies, frameworks, cible d’architecture.

•Vous publiez vos KPI de performance (coûts, qualité, délais).

Votre profil

Vous êtes diplômé d’une école d’Ingénieur.

• Vous avez au minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans l’encadrement d’équipes de développement IT de taille significative.

• Vos compétences techniques vous permettent de piloter les experts et d’orienter leurs choix.

• Vous savez piloter des projets complexes en relation avec plusieurs équipes (internes et externes.

• Vous savez gérer une organisation, un flux de travail et un plan de charge mixant projets transverses et sprints agiles.

• Vous avez le sens du Service, de l’organisation et de la communication

• Vous parlez anglais couramment, certains collaborateurs n’étant pas francophones.
