Pentru unul din clientii nostri din industria HoReCa, o companie aflata in proces de expansiune, suntem in cautarea unui Contabil experimenat, capabil sa lucreze autonom si sa ofere suport administrativ pentru locatiile din Bucuresti. Rolul implica o buna intelegere a legislatiei locale si a fluxurilor financiare.

Responsabilitati:

  • Verificarea documentelor contabile si pregatirea acestora pentru firma externa de contabilitate
  • Realizarea registrelor de casa
  • Monitorizarea si verificarea facturilor
  • Analiza financiara de baza
  • Comunicarea cu autoritatile si institudiile locale (ANAF; ITM)
  • Urmarirea proceselor de administrare personal (ex: pontaje, concedii, pregatirea documentelor de angajare)

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare in domeniul Economic / Contabilitate
  • Experienta anterioara similara, ideal in industria Food & Beverage
  • Bune abilitati de organizare si lucru autonom
  • Experienta de lucru in sistemele Saga sau Oracle
  • Cunostinte medii de limba engleza
