Operations Manager - Unitate de productie si depozitare ambalaje din lemn

Job Summary

Alături de clientul nostru, suntem în căutarea unui Operations Manager responsabil de gestionarea operațiunilor zilnice ale unei unități de producție din Craiova, asigurând eficiența, siguranța și calitatea proceselor. Rolul implică coordonarea activităților locale (producție, mentenanță, calitate, logistică), optimizarea resurselor și implementarea inițiativelor de îmbunătățire continuă, în conformitate cu politicile interne și cerințele legale.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordonează și supraveghează activitățile operaționale locale (producție, mentenanță, calitate, depozit).
  • Planifică și optimizează resursele (personal, materiale, echipamente) pentru atingerea obiectivelor de producție.
  • Urmărește indicatorii de performanță (KPIs) privind productivitatea, costurile, calitatea și siguranța.
  • Asigură conformitatea cu normele de sănătate, securitate și mediu.
  • Recrutează, instruiește și evaluează echipa locală, contribuind la dezvoltarea competențelor și performanței.
  • Gestionează bugetele operaționale, monitorizează costurile și propune inițiative de optimizare.
  • Colaborează cu departamentele interne (achiziții, logistică, vânzări, calitate, R&D) pentru alinierea obiectivelor operaționale la strategia companiei.
  • Analizează performanța fabricii și raportează periodic rezultatele și riscurile către managementul superior.
  • Coordonează implementarea procedurilor și documentației operaționale, inclusiv instrucțiuni de lucru și politici interne.
  • Susține inițiativele de îmbunătățire continuă, reducerea costurilor și creșterea eficienței proceselor.
  • Menține relația cu autoritățile locale și gestionează contractele externe (utilități, servicii, deșeuri etc.).
  • Promovează o cultură organizațională bazată pe performanță, siguranță și comunicare eficientă.

Requirements

  • Studii superioare în inginerie, management industrial sau domeniu similar.
  • Experiență anterioară în producție sau operațiuni.
  • Experiență demonstrată în coordonarea echipelor și îmbunătățirea proceselor de producție.
  • Cunoștințe solide privind normele de sănătate, securitate și calitate.
  • Limba engleză nivel mediu.
