以下职责将根据你的技术背景与面试评估，侧重分配至对应的研发模块： - 系统构建与底层驱动：负责域控制器核心计算单元的引导程序（Bootloader）移植、操作系统内核裁剪编译及设备树配置。点亮并调试核心外设，开发高速通信接口（PCIe、车载以太网）或高带宽传感器底层驱动。 - 控制执行与网络通信：基于车载 MCU 开发底层固件，实现高可靠的车辆网络通信栈（CAN-FD、LIN、SPI）。负责接收上层规控算法下发的指令，并准确、低延迟地转发至底盘执行器。 - 功能安全与诊断监控：参与构建符合 ISO 26262 功能安全标准的系统机制。实现多核状态同步、心跳检测与冗余容错逻辑，配置并调用硬件定时器、安全模块（HSM），开发底层 UDS 诊断服务与故障码逻辑。 - 软硬协同与工程体系：配合硬件团队进行早期板卡 Bring-up，利用示波器与逻辑分析仪排查底层时钟、内存或总线协议问题。使用 Shell 或 Python 编写自动化刷机脚本与部署工具，参与系统性能调优及 OTA 升级底层逻辑实现。

- 计算机、电子工程、自动化、通信或车辆工程等相关专业 2027 届本科及以上学历。 - C/C++ 语言功底扎实，深入理解指针、底层数据结构及内存管理（包括堆栈机制、SRAM/Flash 布局）。 - 理解计算机组成原理，熟悉 ARM、RISC-V 处理器架构或单片机工作原理，清晰理解操作系统核心概念（进程调度、中断嵌套、寄存器操作）。 - 具备良好的硬件感知力，能读懂基础硬件原理图与芯片数据手册，掌握常见总线与串行协议。 - 熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 Git 协作，具备编写自动化脚本的工程意识与习惯。 - 工作严谨细致，有强烈的代码质量意识与技术好奇心。能够在面试中清晰复盘解决过最棘手的底层 Bug。 加分项 - 有嵌入式 Linux（如 RK3588、树莓派等平台）或微控制器（如 STM32、ESP32 等）的实际底层动手经验，欢迎面试时携带开发板或展示开源项目。 - 了解英飞凌 TriCore 等多核架构，或对 ISO 26262 汽车电子功能安全基本理念有一定认知。 - 在电子设计、机器人等相关硬核技术竞赛中获得过核心奖项。
